Edmond Fallot is one of the last traditional vinegar makers in France .By selecting the finest wine, the Fallot family believes they achieve the finest vinegar.
This exquisite vinegar can be drizzled over fresh greens or vegetables for a fat-free dressing, used to make vinaigrette or marinade, or drizzled over roast vegetables with a little olive oil prior to cooking.
