Balsamic vinegar is aged for a longer period of time than other vinegars.  This extensive aging also results in sweeter and thicker vinegar.  Jean LeBlanc Balsamic Vinegar is an indulgence and a pleasure.  Served elegantly drizzled over cheese and greens as an appetizer or as a finishing touch to numerous recipes.  Try Strawberries Balsamico tonight for dessert; place large washed strawberries in a bowl.  Flavor with 2 to 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar.  Allow the amalgamation of flavors for at least 15 minutes.  Add sugar to taste.  Yummy!

Already thick it needs only a quick heating to bring out it's sweet syrup for a lovely touch to a fruit dessert!
