Nectars de Bourgogne Blackcurrant Fruit Puree

Established in 2004, Nectars de Bourgogne was first established in 2004 among blackcurrant and redcurrant fields.  The blackcurrant fruit puree is their signature puree with its dark purple color and a rich flavor that is tart yet lightly sweet.  Its versatility is unparallel; use in a scrumptious dessert such as Blackcurrant Créme Brûlée or in a mixed drink such as Wai'tiki Martini.
