Tradition is important to the Fallot family in Burgandy, France.  Since 1840, the family has operated a mustard mill.  Edmond Fallot Traditional Dijon Mustard is the original Dijon mustard.  It is made with verjuice (grape juice harvested in Burgandy) and brown mustard seed.  A French classic.
