Edmond Fallot red wine vinegar with fig is an exceptional aromatic vinegar that blends robust red wine vinegar with figs selected at their peak of sweetness. It enhances all types of culinary creations. It is one of the finest in artisan crafted vinegars produced by the Fallot family in France.

This aromatic, fruity vinegar has a delicately balanced sweet-tart flavor. Use as a condiment or on salad dressings and marinades. Mix with Blood Orange Olive Oil, sea salt, red onion and toss with baby spinach. Adds flavor and complexity to ordinary stews, soups or sauces.

For a quick cool and refreshing foodie inspired dish, prepare a fruit salad with melon balls, sliced oranges, strawberries, bananas or your favorite fruit. In a saucepan, combine the 1 cup of dry red wine, ½ cup sugar, 2 tbsp red wine vinegar with fig, 1 cinnamon stick (3inches) and 8 cloves. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Strain liquid; discard cinnamon stick and cloves. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Toss with fruit and Enjoy!
