Quai Sud Hawaiian Red Alaea Sea Salt
Hawaiian tradition continues with Quai Sud Hawaiian Red Alaea Sea Salt.  The salt is dried in the sun and combined with a small amount of Alaea clay.  This gives the salt its stunning red coloring.  It is the authentic seasoning for Hawaiian dishes such as Poke, Hawaiian Jerk and Kalua Pig.  Also great for grilling pork loins.
