Sapori Antichi Risotto with Mushrooms
Northern Italy is the origins of the Vialone Nano rice, a semi-fine grain.  The small size of the rice allows it to absorb liquids well and cook faster.  Vialone Nano rice is best used in risotto and not in soups. Mushrooms are a source of important minerals such as iron, potassium, and selenium.  Sapori Antichi Risotto creates extremely creamy risottos an easy process.
