Sapori Antichi Tagliolini with Garlic & Parsley
Sapori Antichi Tagliolini is small flat pasta made from durum wheat semolina.   Garlic and parsley are added to enhance the egg noodles.  The pasta soaks up liquid thirstily.  Tagliolini is cooked rather quickly, about 2 to 3 minutes.  The best sauces are smooth and moisture-rich.  Some good choices to accompany the pasta would be Alfredo or marinara sauce.
